"The Grizzly Sanctuary was beyond anything I had ever imagined. I had a wonderful time viewing the bears...I never expected to see so many large boars, sows and cubs at such close range. I look forward to returning in the fall."

"What a treat – I loved being on the boat! It was the ultimate experience in accommodations. The food was great and the beds werecozy and comfortable. I saw enough bears to last a lifetime, but I still want to come back next year. Hope to see you again in the
near future.
......P.S. of the three other bear viewing trips I have been on over the years I can honestly say your expedition was the best." |

"You have a wonderful slice of heaven on the Alaskan Peninsula. Our group made memories that will last a lifetime. We have many pictures to prove it! Your spirit and warmth is reflected in the atmosphere you have created there on The Grizzly Sanctuary. Thank you and may God bless you."

"It was one of the most memorable experiences in my life, possibly the best one!! Beautiful boat, good meals, and of course the great Brown Bear viewing experience; all made me so happy. Thanks for the hospitality which made us feel like at home. We will be back next year and maybe take your June 10 day explorer trip! Thank you."

"...as a new photographer I always dreamed of taking a bear viewing excursion like this. For three years I saved and saved for this opportunity and all I can say now that it is over, besides being very sad, is that I would save for the next three years to go back. In my dreams I never thought it possible to see this many bears and at relatively short distances."
Don - Delaware, Ohio

"When I recently saw the wonderful documentary movie titled " Grizzly Man" I promised myself I would visit this wonderland of bears. After a long winter and canceling my Bahamas vacation I must saw I have no regrets. Your Alaskan bear viewing was more than I could have hoped for but every thing I had dreamed of! Let me know if any week in September has a opening for next season.....my best to you and the crew."

"I fired away roll after roll. the shutter new no relief. The bears just kept coming closer. Both Sows and Boars eased from the tall grass into the meadows and it soon looked like a ranch full of cattle from Nebraska. The spectacle was more that what i had seen on the cable channels. To the fine team that made my trip a success i again say...... cheers!"
Ted Sanders, Texas

"There is no need to lug the heavy and cumbersome long lenses to this location. You were right they are simply a option and almost serve only the ego! I could have done rather well just using a wide angle lens because you put us right on top of these critters."
G. Hikes, New York

"Never have i seen so many wild bears in one location and you had dozens of new and unexplored areas still untapped. I could have spent a month with you and your crew. The gorgeous bays were worth the trip itself. Thanks for showing myself and family such a wonderful nature experience. If you are ever in St. Louis ....look me up and i'll show you the city."
T. Daniels, St. Louis

"For weeks after I got home I dreamed of bears and bears and still more bears. My digital files revealed very impressive close ups not to mention the army of bears that we saw. Most photographers come for the bears but the scenry was just as impressive ....any space left for 2007 or 2008? If so I'm in."
Charles Ray, Hawaii

"You have no competition as far as I'm concerned. Your operation reflects tremendous hard work and a true passion you have for what you do. There is no guide better. I'll be back for another fall season of the bears."
